What is entailed in a PT session?


60 Min PT

In this PT session you will get the warm-up and cool down which will include stretching you out.

45 Min PT

With this PT Session, you will get warm up only.

30min PT

You will get ONLY the work out (warm up and cool down will be on your own)

The first initial session is a consultation session. This session lasts about 1.5 hours, which we will go through the form you have filled out. This will cover goal setting and testing. From this information I will be able to create an exercise plan and program for the first four  to six weeks to suit your bio individual needs and as per your goals. The first session will be free of charge with signing up for 12 weeks.

On our second session we will go over the plan and start going over the program.

Every four to six weeks we will do some testing. This is to help monitor your progression.

If you want more than one session a week that is also an other option. The more sessions the better results!
