1-on-1 private yoga sessions are for anyone.

This is a 1 hour session to focus on just you. This option is great for people who are new to yoga and/or don’t feel comfortable to go into a class. Or maybe you are recovering from an injury or dealing with an ongoing illness. Or even looking to improve your technique. This would be great for you!
