As everyone is their own bio-individual self, this is my approach. With your first session we will have a consultation where we look at your goal, lifestyle, body type, heath history and fitness level. We will also go over a movement assessment to see how your body moves, your posture and joint mobility and flexibility. This will give us a starting point to create an exercise plan and exercise program to suit your individual needs. Then we will be focused on weight loss or decrease body fat, create a muscle tone or strength or training for an event.
To give us a baseline to measure your goals, together we will pick out some fitness testing. This will give us a baseline to measure your progression where every four to eight weeks we will do a retest assessment to check in that we are on the right path. This doesn’t mean your program will be set in stone as we will tweak your program as you progress.
