A Little About Me

Hi, my name is Nadia and I am a Canadian who had lived in New Zealand since 2007. This health and wellness journey started pretty much from the time I have stepped off the plane and onto New Zealand soil, and not even realizing it. First it started with quitting smoking but with a repercussion of weight gained. From there I learned of my kidney disease which pushed this health kick into full force. I didn’t know where to start, I felt lost and on my own from feeling this way I found my calling - to help others like you, on your journey to a healthier you!
